Give clients or colleagues a pair of stemmed wine glasses personalized with your logo, artwork or names. Each complete set includes two engraved glasses, fitted charcoal foam and a matte black magnetic gift box. You can use different artwork or names on each glass.
Choose your box lid
- Engraved lid — $79.99 per set: two personalized stemmed wine glasses, fitted foam and a magnetic box with your artwork scored onto the outside lid in thin white outlines.
- Blank lid — $59.99 per set: the same two personalized glasses, fitted foam and magnetic box, with an unengraved lid.
The logo design adjustment is included once per complete set. Routine tracing, cleanup and outline preparation are normally included. Lid engraving traces outlines without solid white fill. Sample logos illustrate placement; your supplied artwork is used for your order.
The glasses and box
- Two clear stemmed wine glasses, each holding 16 US fl oz and measuring 9 inches tall × 3.5 inches wide × 3.5 inches long, with a beadless rim.
- Permanent silvery-white laser surface etching on one exterior side of each glass bowl, without added color. The glasses are dishwasher safe.
- Matte black magnetic box made from cardboard with a premium vinyl wrap, measuring 11.61 inches long × 10.35 inches wide × 3.74 inches high outside.
- Fitted charcoal foam holds both glasses. Wipe the box with a soft cloth; alcohol wipes can remove fingerprints.
Wine, corkscrews, greenery and other scene props are not included.
How to personalize
- Choose an engraved or blank lid.
- Supply high-resolution artwork through the product form. Label instructions for glass 1, glass 2 and, if selected, the outside lid. Include names exactly as you want them engraved.
- Use a file type accepted by the uploader. If your artwork is not accepted, email designteam@everythingetched.com after purchase with your order number and instructions for each piece.
- Our designer emails a proof after purchase and artwork submission. Two revisions are included. We check fit and readability; shaded or low-resolution artwork may need preparation or replacement.
- Approve the proof or request changes within 36 hours of the proof email. If we do not hear back, we may approve on your behalf to keep production on schedule.
Production and delivery
Production starts after proof approval. Orders of 1–10 complete sets take four business days; 11–20 take five; 21–30 take six. Add one business day for each further started group of ten sets. Shipping transit is additional.

Can I rush my order?
At checkout you are able to select rush shipping to help expedite the arrival of your order. If you would also like to rush production of your item you can do so by purchasing a rush add-on to your order here.
Will I receive a proof?
If you have designed your item through this website, then that serves as your proof and your item will move directly to production upon payment. However if you order a custom design, one that says "Your Text or Image Here" on the listing photo, then you will receive a proof to your email and you will need to approve it within 48 hours.
Can I make revisions to my order after it’s been placed?
For changes to shipping address please contact hello@everythingetched.com. Design revisions are only allowed on full custom orders. All designs are based on information provided by the customer at the time of purchase. There is an allowance of two revisions per order. After that, additional revisions including changes to text, fonts, size, placement, etc. cost $5.00 per request.
Will you save my design for future orders?
We save artwork for each order for up to 6 months. If you intend to place an order again in the future outside of this 6 month period, then please download the proofs we provide to you to save for your own records.
What is your return policy?
Our gifts are permanently personalized and engraved, therefore we cannot accept returns on these items. Non-personalized items may be eligible for return however cost of shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
