What You’ll Do
As our Customer Experience and Order Specialist, you’ll be the heartbeat of our Scottsdale showroom—the one who keeps the magic flowing from “hello” to “wow, it’s perfect.” Here’s what your days will look like:
- Welcome walk-ins with warmth and a knack for turning “I’m just looking” into “I need this yesterday.”
- Dream up engraving ideas on the fly, making every customer’s vision a reality.
- Nail every order with speed and precision, typing details into our system like a pro (zero errors, all heart).
- Answer messages and phone buzzes within our ≤ 2-hour promise, keeping folks in the loop and grinning.
- Lead production huddles Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, rallying the crew around what’s hot and what’s next.
- Keep the order pipeline humming, catching delays early and fixing them fast with a cool head.
- Restock shelves (up to $800 per product) and keep the showroom sparkling—because beauty inspires beauty.
- Snap pics and stories of happy customers and their creations for our marketing stash—every order’s a tale worth telling.
- Learn the art of engraving from our expert team, and once you’ve mastered it, enjoy a raise to $45k with a $5k bonus.

What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years in customer service or specialty retail—bonus points if you’ve worked with personalized goodies.
- Proof you’re a metrics maven, hitting goals like sales conversions, customer happiness, or on-time deliveries.
- Tech chops with order systems (Shopify, POS) and e-commerce platforms—Etsy experience is a cherry on top.
- AI comfort, like using ChatGPT to draft replies or ideas, then making them sing with your own flair.
- A sunny, can-do spirit that fits our founder-led, fast-moving vibe—low ego, high energy.
- A whatever-it-takes attitude, from packing boxes to snapping photos, because small teams win big together.
Extra Sparkle If You…
- Know your way around print production (lasers, sandblasting, printing—oh my!).

Logistics & Perks
- Schedule: Tuesday–Friday, 9:30 am–6:00 pm, Saturday, 10:00 am–2:00 pm (weekend hours to catch the weekend crowd).
- Location: 100% on-site in Scottsdale.
- Pay: $40k base + up to $5k bonus (paid quarterly, tied to your wins). After engraving training, you’ll jump to $45k with a $5k bonus.
- Hours: Just 36 hours per week, leaving you room to live your life.
- Benefits: 50% company-covered health & dental, 2 weeks PTO, 40% employee discount.
- Reports to: Operations Manager (one of our founders, for now!).
Your Growth Story
- 0–3 Months: Master the showroom, order entry, and our customer vibe.
- 4–18 Months: Own key metrics and pitch a game-changing customer experience idea.
- 18–36 Months: Mentor part-timers and take charge of inventory planning.
- 36–42 Months: Step up to Store Manager, leading the customer crew and production flow.
