PERSONALIZED CORK COASTERS
Personalized etched set of 4 personalized coasters beautifully engraved with one of our elegant couples designs. Add your own personalized names or text and add a date as well if desired. The 1/8 thick, 4x4 cork coasters are anti-skid and is environmentally friendly. Perfect for housewarming gifts, newlywed gifts, wedding favors and any other gift giving occasion.

PRODUCTION & SHIPPING
Standard production takes four business days for 1–20 pieces, five business days for 21–40 pieces, and six business days for 41–60 pieces. Each additional block of up to 20 pieces adds one business day. Count individual pieces, including the box and glasses separately. Non-personalized orders and orders completed in Design Creator start production timing at purchase. Orders requiring an emailed proof start production timing at design approval, including internal approval after the response period. These estimates are for readiness to ship or pick up; shipping transit is additional. For rush orders, contact us for more information.
Proofs and revisions
Setup and engraving are included. For custom designs, uploaded logos and personalized templates not completed in Design Creator, a proof and two customer revisions are included. Standard proofs are emailed within 1–2 business days of ordering. Respond within 36 hours of the first proof email being sent; without a response, we approve the design internally. Corrections of designer mistakes do not count toward the two revisions. A third or later customer revision may incur an additional fee; see our proof and revision policy. Orders completed in Design Creator use your submitted design and do not receive a separate emailed proof.

Can I rush my order?
Purchase the applicable rush add-on to expedite production. A rush proof, when required, is sent within one business day, and production takes 1–2 business days from design approval. Staff preapproval of rush purchases is not currently required. Count each piece separately; a box with two glasses is three pieces.
Shipping transit is additional. Selecting faster shipping alone does not speed up production.
Will I receive a proof?
Custom designs, uploaded logos and personalized templates not completed in Design Creator receive an emailed proof within 1–2 business days of ordering. Orders completed in Design Creator use your submitted design and do not receive a separate emailed proof.
Respond within 36 hours of the first proof email being sent. If there is no response, we approve the design internally. Production timing for orders requiring a proof begins at design approval, including internal approval after the response period.
Can I make revisions to my order after it’s been placed?
For orders requiring an emailed proof, two customer revisions are included. Corrections of designer mistakes do not count toward that allowance. A third or later customer revision may incur a $5 fee per additional revision; the fee is discretionary.
Orders completed in Design Creator use your submitted design and receive no separate emailed proof. For changes to your shipping address, contact hello@everythingetched.com.
Will you save my design for future orders?
We save artwork for each order for up to 6 months. If you intend to place an order again in the future outside of this 6 month period, then please download the proofs we provide to you to save for your own records.
What is your return policy?
Our gifts are permanently personalized and engraved, therefore we cannot accept returns on these items. Non-personalized items may be eligible for return however cost of shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
