The Everything Etched Owners on Celebrating 8 Years!

Everything Etched turned 8 years old this October and we thought it was a great time to reintroduce ourselves. We are Tyler and Liz Ann Cadwell - the husband and wife team behind Everything Etched. 

Tyler: Eight years ago I started Everything Etched from my parent's garage. Six successful years, three business units, and one engagement later, Liz Ann joined the team. Her addition wasn't just a family decision, Liz Ann brings an extensive background in creative direction, branding, and marketing. 

Liz Ann: Naturally I thought, "Is it wise to work with my soon-to-be-husband?" but eventually I realized if any other person were to offer me a partnership position in a creative environment like this, I would say yes without hesitation so I went for it! It's been a wonderful and rewarding experience. 

Tyler: Liz Ann is the creative brain, she is EE's senior level graphic designer and branding guru. She's responsible for the look and feel of our brand and products. In her time so far she's helped our company survive a pandemic while launching two new online store fronts and at least 50 new designs and products.  

Liz Ann: Tyler is the operations brain, he is constantly automating our systems to reduce  our production time  while maintaining our high standard of engraving. There are days when I see personalized orders come through online and out the door within an hour! He's the reason our company can have such a quick turn around time. But let's be honest, as a small business on any given day we're both also HR, purchasing, legal, accounting, and so much more. No one said running a business would be easy, but that's not why we do this. We create custom gifts for life's biggest moments - weddings, retirements, birthdays, funerals, babies... we're touched to be able to have a hand in our customer's most heartfelt memories. We couldn't do it without our hardworking team. Our employees are incredible and make growing this business a joy.

Tyler: And our customers and clients have made this business everything I didn't know it could be. I never would have imagined on day one of this business that I would eventually be sitting next to my wife (also standing, running, and packing) and building a business that we're proud of. We've established ourselves as a leader in this industry, especially in Arizona, over the last eight years. It's exciting to think what will happen in the next eight years.
